So far I found 2 major problems. Ok, one is not that big, but the other one is cornerstone of making sushi. The big one is to prepare sushi rice, this will need a lot of practice, yesterday it looked more as rice paste ;) Another problen, this is possibly dependant on rice queality, is to roll that damn thing. From 2 pieces I made, neither was good. There was too much of ricein 1st one and not that much, but still much more then necessary in 2nd one.
So the conclusion is: I'm not going to buy a fresh fish until I'll learn how to do the thing. I mean, it doesn't need to be perfect (like on pictures), but for sure, it should look at least distantly as sushi ;)
Also have to mention, that quality of wasabi I have is good. It's flippin strong.
