Navic dnes se vetsinou jiz nepouziva terminu "Zajimave platove ohodnoceni", ale nahradil jej termin "Nadstandardni platove ohodnoceni".

Woot, today I had my very 1st meeting with The-one-whose-name-shall-not-be-spoken. Have to say, that now I know exactly what Suchac was talking about. He showed some face grimaces, did a lot of "Pffuh" (<- that's best description I can provide, but Suchac knows :)). We were speaking about lot of things, most things are discussed for 2 or 3 months now, but who cares, there's enough frogs for him.
Also one very very interesting information was revealed to me. He said, that 'ead ofiz 'ad only small buget IT support / launch new projects so small that all subsidiaries have about 1,5 man / year dedicated for this kind of stuff from HO. ROFL. 1,5? Are they serious? Yes, they are.
Another contribution of this meeting was, that I was able to hear some more of his interesting english. Here's small vocabulary:

Today, The-one-whose-name-shall-not-be-spoken (yes, kozomrd himself ;)) did another extraordinary fine performance. He made a decision! Bad one.
We need to order some phone devices for our PBX Avaya. Problem is that Avaya needs special Avaya phones and these are not exactly cheap (about 250 bucks per piece). Well now we badly need 2 devices. We know that 2 more employees will come in few days / weeks, also we need at least one of each device (we have 2 kinds, digital phones and IP based phones) as a backup for case someones device breaks up and will need replacement. Well, guess how many devices will we order? 3. He said when those people will come, we will order more devices. I don't know what is he trying to achieve with this...
Save money? This is highly probable, because he was trying some cheap tricks about discount when ordering 5 (yes, so big order!) phones. He probably should think about shipment costs, because in this scenario, we'll pay them twice.
Generate some useless work (he's good at that, you long, hard training (even weekends!) from 'ead offiz must be seen somewhere)?
Build up ego (kinda question, am not sure if it's this case)?
Show that he's useless and stupid (probably, he has really good training at this field from 'ead ofiz)?
Eat some more frogs (so after this mind blasting decision, he can take extremely long lunch break)?
Perhaps he was exhausted by entertaining visitors from 'ead ofiz. Luckily, I didn't know about anything, so I was in usual casual wear (my bad, I know, am giving bad example, am one bad ass dirty employee).
Also today he showed (again) his obsession with Black Berry device he has. You know, he configured it all himself! And it wasn't working for 2 hours yesterday. Merde!
